GPE and Helical report increases in London portfolio valuations

Great Portland Estates (GPE) and Helical have both reported growth in the value of their London portfolios in half-year results this week. London specialist GPE posted a 1% like-for-like increase in the value of its portfolio and 1.8% growth in EPRA NAV per share, It also reported 0,7% rental value growth, prompting it to increase its rental value forecast for the full year to between -2.5% and 1.5%.
