Sellar Property Group has lambasted an NHS trust for attempting to stymie construction of the £775m Paddington Cube, The Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust filed a High Court claim last week calling for a judicial review of a planning decision that permits the rerouting of ambulances around the 14-storey Cube (pictured) to nearby St Mary's Hospital.
