HFD lines up £54m long-term debt deal for Aberdeen office

Scottish developer HFO has refinanced Wood Group's new 216,000 sq ft offices in Aberdeen with a £54m long-term funding deal. The 10-year financing package from Bank of Scotland, through its partnership with Scottish Widows, follows the completion of the scheme earlier this year and replaces a development facility from another bank. The property (pictured), which is located on the 15-acre CityPark business park, is let to FTSE 250 energy group Wood Group on a 15-year lease.
