Vaughan joins Addington Capital as partner

Addington Capital has appointed Steven Vaughan as a partner, focusing on London offices and industrial asset management and development. Vaughan joins Addington having left Conygar Investment Company in May 2015, At Conygar, he was property director for more than 12 years and was responsible for the asset management of 48 properties with a total value of more than £150m. Before joining Conygar, Vaughan was corporate development executive at MEPC and board director of a joint venture company delivering the £120m Callaghan Square PFI infrastructure project in Cardiff.
