Aeriance's broader geographic focus pays off

Aeriance has closed €226m (£165m) of loans in the past year having broadened its geographical focus beyond central London. The lender has seen strong demand in student accommodation and residential, with about a quarter of the loans, by value, given to developers looking to undertake residential conversions.
