DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield this week completed their merger and announced a number of high-profile roles in the new company. The combined firm, which will use the Cushman & Wakefield brand, becomes one of the largest commercial real estate services firms in the world, operating in more than 60 countries, with $5bn (£3.2bn) in revenue, 43,000 employees, more than 4.3bn sq ft under management and $191bn in transaction value. It will be led globally by chairman and chief executive officer Brett White and global president Tod Lickerman.
