Axa Real Estate powers up for sale of Barking Rail Freight Terminal

Axa Real Estate has put a 32-acre industrial rail freight terminal up for sale, seeking a price of around £50m. Agents at JLL have been appointed to sell Barking Rail Freight Terminal, which is let to German logistics operator DB Schenker. The site is 12 miles east of central London and is directly connected to High Speed 1 and the Channel Tunnel.
