IDI Gazeley sets its sights on Western Europe and China

The newly formed $3.5bn global logistics firm IDI Gazeley will focus its huge capital backing on expanding its presence in emerging markets in Western Europe and China. The new logistics arm of US property giant Brookfield, a union of its North American company Industrial Developments International (IDI) and UK-based developer Gazeley, is set for rapid expansion in the sector, Brookfield told PropertyWweek this week.
