Lambert Smith Hampton's two most senior Scottish directors are to leave the company at the end of the year. David Smith, regional director and head of north, is departing to set up his own asset management firm. Glasgow-based Smith is due to leave the company at the end of the year but will be retained by LSH as a consultant until the end of March to ensure a smooth transition. After previously specialising in office agency, since the downturn Smith has increasingly concentrated on asset management, bank advisory work and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions.
