London & Regional Properties, US REIT IStar and Accor are attempting to carry out an ambitious refinancing of a €650m-€700m European hotel portfolio. Alongside fund and asset manager Moor Park Capital Partners, they have launched Project New Day, which aims to achieve a loan-to-value(LTV)ratio against the portfolio of up to 85% - or €552.5m-€595m - in an attempt to take advantage of the resurgent debt market.
