£100m of flats sold at Baltimore Wharf

Calliard Homes and Frogmore have presold flats worth more than £100m at their Baltimore Wharf scheme in London's Docklands (pictured). Of the 330 flats, 290 have been sold off plan, just six months after they were first marketed, underlining the ongoing strength of London's residential market. Around half the flats are thought to have been sold in the Far East, where there is high demand for high-rise new-build homes in residential towers in desirable areas of London.
