Landlords salivate at prospect of 'big four' moves

KPMG began the search for a new Bristol office last month because the freehold of its existing building at 100 Temple Street has been sold to Bristol City Council. The council will eventually fill all 130,000 sq ft of offices there. KPMG has instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to find 40,000 sq ft to replace the 50,000 sq ft it occupies until 2017 in the 1980s offices at 100 Temple Street.
