Argent dives in with Dolphin Square at King's Cross

The consortium developing the King's Cross Central scheme in central London is to team up with new social housing provider Dolphin Square Foundation to provide the 77 keyworker housing units within its PI building.The partnership submitted its planning application to Camden Council for the property this month. Plans for the 13-storey glass-and-steel structure include two schools - a primary school with a 26-place nursery and Frank Barnes' School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children - and 225 homes.
