The outgoing chair and chief executive of a Thames Gateway regeneration body are setting up a consultancy to advise landlords on how to manage "difficult" assets. The Thurrock and Thames Gateway Development Corporation is to cease operations on 31 October, in line with similar organisations across the country. Will McKee (below, left), its chairman, and chief executive Niall Lindsay (right), have set up Land and Property Asset Realisation (LAPAR), to provide advice on how to maximise value from assets.
