Semi-conductor manufacturer Nvidia Technologies is about to sign a lease on 20,000 sq ft of expansion space at Barn's Aztec 950 on Aztec West, Bristol, at £20/sq ft. PG Group has sold half the 72 flats in the Eye in Bristol. PG bought the development from PWC, the receiver to the failed developer, Castlemore Securities. Two-bedroom flats have sold for £190,000-£220,000. Agent George Cardale, head of residential development sales in Savills' Bristol office, says that 40% have gone to investors and the rest to owner-occupiers.
