Network trail leads to Milton Keynes

Threadneedle's MK Central office scheme is now nearly 90% let following lettings to outsourcing firm, Grupo Konecta and Network Rail.Network Rail has taken an additional 31,000 sq ft at the 118,000 sq ft property on a two-year lease.This space is in addition to the 62,000 sq ft it took at there in August 2009.The leases at MK Central have been agreed at around ￡13.50/sq ft.The rail network owner is taking the short-term lettings as part of a phased relocation to Milton Keynes from London's Euston.
