The Savills 2010 Sentiment Survey has found that funding is scarce-and likely to remain so. Investors say there will be more moneyfor residential investment, however, and severalagents and developers agree (graph 1). The public sector and housing associationsare the most affected by funding withdrawal.Developers are also suffering. There is a surprisinglevel of optimism, therefore, from developers - andagents - on development funding.
