The administrator of collapsed Scottish property group Kenmore has appointed an agent to advise on a development site in Birmingham that has planning consent for the tallest office tower outside London.Grant Thornton has lined up CB Richard Ellis to work on a plan for the site, which would include a prospective sale.The site is at 1 Snow Hill Plaza, in the heart of the city's office district, opposite Snow Hill railway station.The sale shows that the Grant Thornton partners leading the process, Rob Caven and Martin Ellis, are progessing with the insolvency proceedings of Kenmore.
