Spending watchdog says public sector is not up to handling big projects

The public sector has plans for projects with a total value of £200bn. However, the National Audit Office (NAO) has questioned whether it is capable of completing them.On 6 November the NAO, which audits central government departmental spending, published Commercial Skills for Complex Government Projects.
