Treasury submits revised Battersea application

Treasury Holdings has formally submitted a planning application on its masterplan for the £5.5bn redevelopment of the 40 acre Battersea Power Station site. The Irish developer.on behalf of Real Estate Opportunities, has submitted an application to Wandsworth Borough Council for 8.3m sq ft of floorspace including 3,700 homes, 1.6m sq ft of offices and 500,000 sq ft ofretail and restaurant space.Architect Rafael Vinoly has led the masterplanning process.
