Kenmore has completed wales's largest industrial letting in more than two years, at South Wales Distribution Centre on Kenfig Industrial Estate, near Bridgend.Greenham, a safety and workplace equipment supplier, has taken two units totalling 246,731 sq ft on a 10-year lease with a break after five years. It is paying £ 2/sq ft and is receiving an undisclosed rent-free period.The company will relocate from 90,000 sq ft at Fabian Way in Swansea to continue to expand its Welsh operation.
