Delph to pull out of central London in ￡150m flats sale

Oelph property group, the residential investment company, is to dramatically cut its exposure to central London after deciding to sell ￡150m of flats - one of the largest tenanted portfolios to come on the market in recent years. The company said the sale marks 'a shift in focus' as it seeks to expand its business in new-build residential scheme investments in provincial cities. Delph has been on a ￡63m spending spree this year, buying into developments in Newport, Southampton and Hull.
