Moscow office sale prompts positive note for AFI

Afi development has sold a 50% stake in its Aquamarine II office building in central Moscow, prompting a positive note from Goldman Sachs. The AIM-listed developer, majority owned by Lev Leviev's Africa Israel Investments, led the $207m (￡105m) sale of the 176,228 sq ft office this week to an unnamed buyer at a yield of 6.8%. AFI's 50% partner in the scheme was not named.
