MSP lands £50m green debt deal

Manchester Science Partnerships (MSP) has landed a £50m debt deal from Lloyds under the bank's green lending initiative. Under the terms of the deal, the Bruntwood-backed science park operator will improve the green credentials of its properties and, in exchange, Lloyds will provide it with a margin discount.
