Three takeover approaches spur double-digit leap for IWG shares

IWG's share price jumped 22.8% on Monday after it revealed after close of trading on Friday that it had received three takeover approaches. The company, formally known as Regus, said it had received an approach from private equity firm Lone Star, as well as two indicative offers from investment firm Starwood Capital and UK private equity firm TDR Capital.
