Oliver Fenn-Smith to take helm at The Portman Estate

The Portman Estate has named Oliver Fenn-Smith as its next chief executive and announced several promotions. Fenn-Smith (pictured) will take over from former army general Bill Moore, who is leaving in May. He has been property director of the estate, which covers 110 acres in Marylebone, since joining in 2005. Chairman John Wythe described Fenn-Smith as "the clear candidate" for the role.
