US REIT takes Liberty at Solihull office park

Liberty Property Trust is to submit a revised planning application for the remaining development plots at Blythe Valley Park near Solihull. The US REIT has planning consent for 2m sq ft in addition to the 600,000 sq ft of completed properties at the park. This spring it aims to submit a planning application of the same size in terms of total development, but which also includes further research and development, and office hybrid space, medical facilities and research laboratories.
