Scottish market will bounce back

Editor: Although the past few months' political uncertainty saw a slowdown of Scotland's commercial property market (12.09.14, p1), we are looking forward to seeing the number of deals increase following the "No" vote. The opportunities for growth and investment that were there a few months ago remain. The SPF will be working closely with the Scottish Parliament to ensure the transfer of further powers to Holyrood does not cause more volatility and that the outlook remains attractive for investors.
