Nick Leslau's Secure Income REIT set for 20% NAV growth

Nick Leslau's newly floated Secure Income REIT is predicting 20% growth in NAV by the end of the year. In an interview with Property Week, Mike Brown, co-founder and nonexecutive director, said the company, which floated on AIM in May, would deliver strong results for early investors. "It would not be inconceivable that we could easily see 20% in NAV growth by the end of the year," said Brown. "That would explain why the shares are trading at 260p now, a 40% increase since floating on AIM."
