Safestore chief exec bullish about self-storage firm's prospects

Safestore chief executive Frederic Vecchioli has given an upbeat assessment of the company's prospects after it posted strong profit growth in full-year results. Speaking to Property Week after the results on Monday, Vecchioli struck a more positive tone than Big Yellow did in half-year results last November, when the rival company said: "It would not come as a surprise to us for activity levels and demand in the next year or two to be more subdued than in recent years."
