F&C Commercial Property Trust drops performance fee

F&C Commercial Property Trust has dropped the performance fee paid to investment manager BMO Global Asset Management. The manager of the trust, which has a portfolio valued at about £1.3bn, will now be paid a base management fee of 0.55% a year of its gross assets, the company said in its full-year results this week.
