Barclays and Homes England launch £lbn housing fund

Barclays has joined forces with the government's national housing agency Homes England to provide £1bn of finance for the development of new homes. Underthe Housing Delivery Fund, housebuilders and developers will be offered loans ranging from £5m to £100m if they can demonstrate the necessary experience and track record to undertake their proposed project.
