In a ground launcher, two or more housing-transportation-launch assemblies (28) for respective missiles (21) are placed one on top of the other and connected releasably and interchangeably to each other; each housing-transportation-launch assembly (28) has a respective outer casing (K), which in turn has longitudinal end walls (5) (6) breakable from inside the casing, and a deflecting body (7) for deflecting the exhaust gas of the engine of the missile (21); a guide and protection assembly (30)(31) being interposed between the casing (K) and the missile (21) to guide the missile in the set launch direction, and to protect the missile (21) against shock or vibration.
