Palmer Capital has announced the appointment of Charles Allen to the board of directors. Allen joined the firm in 2013 as an associate director and was promoted to acquisition director in 2015 Priorto joining Palmer, Allen was in the corporate finance real estate team at Ernst & Young, where he focused on capital raising, M&A and restructuring.
