Harworth mines rich seam at 4m sq ft Hulton park

It is currently a massive, disused open-cast coal mine. But during 2014, Cutacre is expected to be transformed into a different kind of industrial hub by its landowner, Harworth Estates. After yielding nearly a million tonnes of coal during the past decade, the site at Hulton between Bolton and Salford will soon host up to 4m sq ft of industrial buildings called Logistics North.
