Angel Court wings its way to occupancy rate of over 60%

Mitsui Fudosan UK and Stanhope have completed 30,000 sq ft of lettings at their City of London office scheme Angel Court. The JV partners have signed up a quartet of occupiers, all of which are moving from outside the City, bringing the 300,000 sq ft building (pictured) to more than 60% let. Brazilian-owned energy corporation Petrobras Europe will occupy 4,300 sq ft on the ninth floor and Delphi Technologies, which works across the automotive and transport sectors, will occupy 9,000 sq ft on the 10th floor on a 10-year term.
