Harvey Nichols takes ownership of its Chiswick headquarters

Harvey Nichols has bought its UK headquarters in west London as part of a receivership sale. East Anglia developer Wrenbridge bought 365 Chiswick High Road for £13.1m from the property's receivers and has immediately sold on the office element, comprising 19,485 sq ft, to the luxury department store for £4.8m. Harvey Nichols has spent around Elm on fitting out the offices. The retailer took a 20-year lease at £14.75/sq ft in 2009.
