Spanish mogul splashes €400m on Picasso

The founder of Spanish retail company Inditex has bought a Madrid skyscraper for €400m. Amancio Ortega, the former president of the company, purchased the Picasso Tower (pictured) on the outskirts of the Spanish capital through his investment vehicle, Pontegadea. Spanish construction company FCC is the seller.
