Roxhill is to start preparation work on its London Distribution Park scheme at the Port of Tilbury.The shed developer will begin infrastructure works this month and aims to have the site ready for occupation by the end of the summer.The swift start on site by Roxhill, which entered into a joint venture with Tilbury owner Forth Ports in January, will enable the developer to gain a head start on the 9.25m sq ft logistics park at DP World's nearby London Gateway container terminal, which is scheduled to open by the end of the year.
