TIAA Henderson to offload seven assets

TIAA Henderson Real Estate has put seven retail assets up for sale with a £35m price tag. The fund has appointed agents at DTZ to sell the Arcus portfolio, which is made up of three retail warehouse parks and four town centre stores, The majority of the income (71%) is derived from four properties in the South East: a Boots let unit in High Street, Maidenhead; a store in Canterbury let to Dorothy Perkins; a Staples retail unit in Stevenage; and a town centre store in Bedford.
