Seven and Aventicum launch new JV with a double deal

A new joint venture fund focused on the coveted South East office market has made its debut purchases, to the tune of almost £60m. Seven Capital and Aventicum Capital Management have snapped up two office blocks in the M3 corridor in a move set to kick off a spending spree in the South East totalling hundreds of millions of pounds. The firms came together earlier this year to launch the venture, which is looking to find value in the region. Its first two acquisitions are Meadows Business Park in Camberley, Surrey, and the Virgin Media-let Communications House at Bartley Wood Business Park in Hook, Hampshire.
