Valeo plots £750m push into UK student housing sector

Valeo Groupe Europe plans to invest between £600m and £750m in the UK student accommodation sector over the next four years, Property Week can reveal. The European arm of US investor Valeo Croupe plans to spend around £150m a year on new UK development sites and is understood to have already identified three or four.
