Future of work will be about wellbeing not productivity

As automation takes over tasks that are manual or repetitive or that require large data sets, the role people play in the workforce will change. It will also change how we view and measure human performance. For example, an oncologist may no longer need to spend as much time in diagnostics as machine learning takes over that part of their job, freeing them up to spend more time with patients on their recovery treatment.
