Roger Snoble loves the diversity of wildlife, even to the point of plac ing posters advertising Dallas Zoo's Venom exhibit - with poison "dart" frogs, of course - in Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) trains, and rescuing wayward bull frogs from his swimming pool filter. But when Snoble -who now heads Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) - and his wife want to see wildlife of a different sort about every five years or so, they travel to Africa.
