摘要

Today's efforts for optimizing the information value chain in construction projects is primarily focused on the creation and integration of information models in design and construction. Methodologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and organizational forms like Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) help transforming information between the different disciplines and from one project stage to another respectively help making better decisions because of a higher information degree in earlier project stages.
