"We have to do better." A familiar mantra. And one that often applies. Be it in one's personal life or daily business activities, it seems there is always room for improvement. The same can often be said about safety performance, particularly in the construction industry. "We have to do a better job of teaching workers to avoid hazards; of convincing site management that safety must be planned into a job; of making sure that safety doesn't get lost in the production push."
