Energy Institute Offers PSM Guidance

U.K.'s Energy Institute has released the first two publications in its 20-part series covering process safety management (PSM). The first guide covers leadership commitment and responsibility and the second examines compliance with industry standards. According to the institute, each document in the series will include the processes an organization should undertake in a given topic area, provide detailed guidance notes and suggest additional resources.
