ASSE Launches Safety Management Innovation Award

ASSE has launched a new award to recognize the efforts of individuals for their innovation and creativity in managing safety in the workplace. Sponsored by Cintas, the inaugural Award for Innovation in Occupational Safety Management will be presented at Safety 2014 in Orlando, FL. The award recognizes the innovative solutions needed to keep workers safe each day-solutions that feature a dynamic mix of sound science, proven engineering principles and strong interpersonal skills. The recipient will receive a plaque and cash prize of $3,000. Application deadline is March 31, 2014.
