On September 21, 2012, Huyck.Wangner Austria celebrated its 200th anniversary in Gloggnitz, Lower Austria. The date marks a milestone in the history of an extraordinary company that has also helped shape the development of paper manufacturing over two centuries. Today, the cutting-edge factory in Gloggnitz produces over 1,200 tons of custom press felts and drying fabrics a year for the paper industry plus industrial textiles that enjoy an outstanding reputation among more than 1,000 customers around the world. Around 500 employees and 250 guests - business partners and paper industry colleagues, dignitaries from Gloggnitz, and local and regional politicians -attended a celebration in honor of this special day in the company's history.
