Annual leave is the most popular benefit traded by employees in organisations that offer staff the opportunity to exchange one benefit for another (87 per cent).rnThe next most popular trade is with childcare vouchers (82 per cent), followed by private medical insurance (72 per cent).rnThe findings come from the National Management Salary Survey 2009 published by the CMI and CELRE. However, the survey reveals that fewer than half of all firms surveyed (49 per cent) have a flexible benefits system in place.
